MOISÉS RODRÍGUEZ ESCOBAR graduated in History from the University of La Laguna. He completed a Masters in Advanced Studies and Research in History (Societies, Powers and Identities) at the University of Salamanca, Spain, where he is about to finish his Ph. Dissertation. Some of his lines of research include international relations between Spain and the United States, memory studies, cultural history, and public diplomacy. In summer 2019 he completed a research stay at George Washington University and the Elliott School of International Affairs. He has published two scientific articles related to the Fulbright Program and the role of women in cultural transfers, and he serves as a member of the Spanish Commission on the History of International Relations (CEHRI)
